How do you currently structure your day?
With four H's throughout the day - I try to plan home office, home workout, home cooking and home entertainment into my day, but it's also important not to expect too much. After all, not everyone can use their newfound time productively and successfully due to the circumstances. That's why I also keep time free to think, process, gather strength and simply relax
