General information:
- advance ticket sales begin on the 1st of the previous month (or the following working day).
- For members of the GFFF, advance ticket sales begin exclusively 4 days before the official advance sale. Members of the GFFF receive one free ticket per event on presentation of their membership card.
- students of the Folkwang University of the Arts are entitled to one free ticket per project. They also receive a 50% discount on each additional ticket.
- pupils receive free admission to the university's events on presentation of their school ID.
- students, those doing community service, those doing military service, jobseekers (on presentation of their grant certificate), senior citizens (with a senior citizen's pass from the City of Essen) and severely disabled persons (from 70% reduction in earning capacity) receive a discount.
- pre-ordered tickets will go on sale if they are not collected half an hour before the start.
- no admission after the start. Late arrivals can only be admitted after the end of the first picture/set.
